About Fit.Zone
Fit.Zone is building India's first dual-sided fitness platform — one membership, multiple centers, unlimited fitness. We partner with independent gyms and fitness centers, co-brand them at our cost, migrate their members onto our technology, we're scaling from 25 live centers to 150+ in Year 1.

The Role
You are the front line of that expansion. You will close current affiliated gyms in the field, then own the relationship through to live operations — from signed agreement to branded, technology-enabled, revenue-generating center.

What You'll Do
Field acquisition (primary)
• Identify, cold-call, and visit independent gyms and fitness centers across your assigned Bengaluru zone
• Pitch the Fit.Zone partnership model — revenue growth guarantee, co-branding at Fit.Zone's cost, technology platform, marketing support
• Handle owner objections on exclusivity, pricing, and member migration; negotiate and close
• Work through WhatsApp-first outreach,



in line with how Indian fitness center owners actually convert
• Maintain a disciplined field pipeline — daily visits logged, weekly conversion targets met

Onboarding signed gyms
• Own the handover from "agreement signed" to "center live"
• Coordinate co-branding execution — signboard installation, interior branding, signage photography as evidence
• Drive member migration onto the Fit.Zone platform; ensure existing members are onboarded seamlessly
• Support technology onboarding — Partner Portal setup, QR check-in, revenue integration into the unified system
• Coordinate the GBP network rename standard ([Center Name] - Fit.Zone) in line with the staggered rollout policy

Vendor & cross-team coordination
• Coordinate with branding, signage, and equipment vendors on installation timelines and quality
• Work with the marketing team on hyper-local lead generation, community events, and center-level cam
