Role Description The Technician Operator role is a full-time, in office position based in Uttar Pradesh, India. This role is responsible for operating and monitoring production machinery and equipment used in chocolate and cocoa processing,



following standard operating procedures and safety guidelines. The Technician Operator performs routine inspections, adjusts machine settings, and responds to equipment alarms to maintain product quality and production efficiency. Daily tasks include recording production data, supporting basic maintenance and cleaning activities, reporting issues to supervisors or maintenance teams, and collaborating with colleagues to ensure smooth workflow. The role also involves adhering to quality, hygiene, and safety standards and participating in continuous improvement activities on the production line.
