Role Description The Inside Sales Manager is a full-time remote role responsible for driving revenue growth by managing the end-to-end inside sales process for RocketGraph’s solutions. Day-to-day activities include qualifying inbound and outbound leads, conducting product demos, nurturing prospects through the sales funnel,



and managing accounts to ensure ongoing value and expansion. The person in this role will create and refine sales playbooks, track performance metrics, and collaborate with marketing and product teams to align messaging and identify new opportunities. They will maintain solid relationships with prospective and existing customers, gather feedback on product fit, and contribute to accurate forecasting and pipeline management. This role requires a proactive, data-driven approach, with a focus on customer satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in Inside Sales and Sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding quotas.
• Strong background in Lead Generation, including qualifying prospects and managing a structured outreach process.
• Proficiency in Account Management and Customer Satisfaction, ensuring retention and growth of existing customers.
