About the Role
We are looking for a highly driven Founder’s Office Associate to work closely with the CEO and take ownership of critical business initiatives.

This is not a traditional coordination role. We need someone who can take things off the CEO’s plate, figure out what needs to be done, and drive them to completion with minimal supervision.

What You’ll Do
• Work directly with the CEO on high-priority business initiatives.
• Take ambiguous problems and turn them into actionable plans.
• Own projects end-to-end — from research and planning to execution.
• Coordinate across Sales, Product, Operations, Engineering, and other teams.
• Conduct market, competitor, customer, and business research.
• Build processes, dashboards, SOPs, and systems to improve execution.
• Follow up with stakeholders and ensure critical tasks don’t fall through the cracks.
• Identify problems proactively and solve them before they reach the CEO.




• Use AI and automation to improve productivity and execution.

What We’re Looking For
• 3+ years of experience, with mandatory startup experience.
• Experience in Founder’s Office, Strategy & Operations, Business Operations, Consulting, or similar roles.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and execution ability.
• Comfortable working with ambiguity and minimal supervision.
• Robust ownership and follow-through.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure.
• Someone who says “I’ll figure it out” rather than “That’s not my job.”

What Success Looks Like
You become someone the CEO can trust to take a problem, figure it out, execute it, and close it without constant follow-ups.

This role offers direct exposure to the CEO and the opportunity to work across strategy, operations, sales, product, hiring, and growth.

Compensation: Up to ₹9 LPA
