About the Job
The ICV Consultant is responsible for managing and executing In-Country Value (ICV) certification engagements in accordance with the applicable ICV Program requirements. The role involves reviewing financial statements, calculating ICV scores, preparing Agreed-Upon Procedures (AUP) reports, coordinating with clients, and ensuring compliance with relevant guidelines and audit standards.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage and execute ICV certification engagements from initiation to completion.
• Review audited financial statements and supporting documentation for ICV assessment.
• Prepare ICV score calculations in line with applicable ICV guidelines and methodology.
• Conduct detailed verification of local procurement, investment, Emiratization, and other ICV components.
• Prepare AUP reports, working papers, and certification documentation.
• Liaise with clients to obtain required information and resolve outstanding matters.
• Review supporting schedules and perform data validation procedures.
• Ensure compliance with ICV program requirements, internal quality standards, and skilled guidelines.
• Identify potential risks, inconsistencies, and non-compliance issues during engagements.
• Support external audits, quality reviews, and regulatory inspections related to ICV engagements.
• Maintain proper engagement documentation and records.
• Provide technical guidance and training to junior team members where required.
• Assist in business development activities, proposals, and client relationship management.
