ABOUT THE ROLEYou will join the People & Culture team at FD India (Hyderabad) to support FD India's growth by managing end-to-end recruitment while driving employee engagement, employee experience, culture, communications and employer branding initiatives.
WHAT WILL YOU DO:
Talent Acquisition & Onboarding
• Own end-to-end recruitment across FD India.
• Partner with hiring managers on sourcing and candidate selection.
• Manage candidate communication, interviews, offers and pre-joining processes.
• Own the candidate experience from offer acceptance through joining.
• Maintain ATS records, recruitment reports and hiring metrics.
Talent & Employer Branding
• Conduct talent market mapping and provide hiring insights.
