Role & Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end celebrity endorsement campaigns: from talent identification, negotiation alignment, contract coordination, to execution and post-campaign analytics.
• Build and maintain relationships with celebrity managers, agents, and PR teams to secure high-profile partnerships aligned with brand positioning.
• Develop compelling pitch decks, media kits, and campaign narratives that position brands for maximum celebrity fit and audience resonance.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams (creative, legal, social, media) to ensure seamless campaign execution across TV, digital, and OOH platforms.




• Monitor campaign performance metrics and adjust strategies in real-time to maximize ROI, reach, and social virality.
• Stay ahead of entertainment trends, award seasons, and cultural moments to time campaigns for peak visibility and organic buzz.
