TNT - The Next Trend is a manufacturer of home utility products: steel cloth drying stands, shoe racks, step ladders and multi-tier organisers. We make what we sell, and we sell through contemporary trade, general trade, quick commerce and online marketplaces.

Job Purpose
Lead all online marketplace channels for TNT with full P&L; ownership. Personally run the Amazon account as its Key Account Manager, as Amazon is the channel with the largest growth potential for the brand. Direct the quick commerce and Flipkart teams on strategy, pricing and targets.

How the role is structured

The Head of Marketplaces owns three things, in this order of personal time:

1. Amazon, hands on. This is not a delegated account. The Head is the KAM on Amazon: vendor manager relationship, negotiations, catalogue, content, advertising, chargebacks and collections.
2. Quick commerce and Flipkart, through the team. The Quick Commerce Operations Manager runs Blinkit, Zepto and Big Basket day to day. The Flipkart Account Manager runs the Flipkart account.



The Head sets their commercial plan and targets, reviews weekly, and is accountable for their results.
3. The marketplace P&L; and reporting, across all of the above.

Key Responsibilities

Amazon - personally owned
- Manage the Amazon Vendor Central relationship end to end: vendor manager coordination, cost price and PO negotiations, terms, allowances and annual agreements.
- Build and maintain a complete, accurate catalogue. Every active SKU correctly listed with the right title, variant, images and content.
- Plan and run A+ content and Amazon advertising (AMS) within agreed efficiency targets.
- Track the vendor scorecard, dispute chargebacks, and follow up on approved but unpaid invoices.
- Obtain and monitor returns, damage and fulfilment performance data for the account.
- Within the first 90 days, deliver a written recommendation on the 1P versus 3P structure for the account.
