Description: CLUIX is seeking a energetic and accomplished Sales Head - B2B to build and lead our corporate and enterprise business division. This leader will own revenue growth across target industrial sectors—including manufacturing, FMCG, pharmaceuticals, beverages, water treatment plants (ETP/STP), commercial real estate, and testing laboratories. You will lead enterprise account strategy, channel partnerships, direct sales, and consultative technology deployments.

About The Role

• Architect and execute the national B2B enterprise sales roadmap, setting revenue targets, account strategies, and pricing frameworks.
• Identify, pitch, and close high-value annual contracts and enterprise deals with corporate sustainability heads, plant managers, and procurement heads.
• Build, coach, and lead a result-oriented B2B sales team of account executives and business development managers.
• Establish and scale a robust channel partner, distributor,



and OEM network across major industrial belts in India.
• Drive a consultative selling approach for water diagnostics hardware, reagent supply recurring revenue, and IoT data analytics subscriptions.
• Manage the complete sales pipeline in CRM, ensuring accurate forecasting, high conversion rates, and reduced sales cycle duration.
• Represent CLUIX at major industrial conferences, trade shows, and corporate sustainability forums.
• Collaborate closely with Product and Deployment teams to ensure flawless customer onboarding, client retention, and account expansion.

Skill(s) required

• Proven track record in enterprise B2B sales, consultative solution selling, and corporate contract negotiations.
• Strong existing network within manufacturing, pharma, food & beverage, chemical, or water treatment industries.
