We're looking for an exceptional Operations Manager who combines meticulous organization, strong problem-solving skills, intellectual curiosity, and a passion for technology and AI.

What You'll Do1. Own Day-to-Day Operations• Coordinate operations across multiple self-storage facilities, working with local staff, contractors, vendors, and company leadership.
• Manage maintenance, capital improvement projects, and operational initiatives from start to finish.
• Track deadlines, secure vendor commitments, proactively follow up, and ensure projects actually get completed.
• Maintain organized task management systems, documentation, and operational records.
