UrbanFix is looking for a Business Development Manager to help us grow our client base and our technology services business.

What you will do
– Identify and qualify new clients through LinkedIn, outreach, networking, referrals, events, and partnerships
– Start conversations with decision-makers and build lasting relationships
– Understand client challenges and present our technology capabilities clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
– Work with our product and tech teams on proposals, estimates, and statements of work
– Take opportunities from first conversation through to closure




– Spot market trends and recurring client problems that could become future product opportunities

What we are looking for
– 5+ years of experience in B2B business development or sales, ideally in IT or software
– Experience selling software development, IT consulting, or technology solutions
– Solid prospecting, negotiation, and presentation skills
– Self-driven, comfortable with targets, and strong at follow-ups and pipeline management

Good to have
– An existing network of B2B technology decision-makers
– Experience selling to international clients
– Background in SaaS, AI/ML, cloud, data engineering, or custom software development
– Experience working with startups or growing technology companies
