About Digital Nexon
We're a marketing agency based in Sector 2, Noida, running affiliate and performance campaigns across multiple verticals and platforms. We're hiring a junior buyer who has the basics down and wants to grow fast on live campaigns.

The Role
You'll work on live campaigns with real budgets, supporting our senior buyers and slowly taking over accounts of your own. You'll learn what makes affiliate campaigns profitable by looking at real numbers every day.
You will:
• Set up, monitor, and optimize campaigns on Meta, TikTok, Bigo, Newsbreak, or Google
• Track daily spend, clicks, leads, and cost per lead, and prepare simple reports
• Research audiences and study what's working for competitors
• Test current creatives and angles, and learn from the results
• Learn affiliate metrics and tracking setups on the job

The Fixed Requirements (please self-check before applying)
• Experience: 6 months to 1 year of hands-on media buying. This is an entry-level role,



so if you have more than 1 year, please don't apply.
• Platforms: you've personally run campaigns on at least one of Meta, TikTok, Bigo, Newsbreak, or Google. Tell us which.
• Affiliate exposure (preferred): slight knowledge of affiliate marketing, even self-taught or small-scale
• Location: Sector 2, Noida, on-site. Not remote, not hybrid.
• Working hours: 4:00 PM to 1:00 AM. This shift is fixed.
• Compensation: Based on experience within the 6-month to 1-year range, discussed at interview
• Start: Immediate joiners preferred

What We're Looking For
• Hands-on campaign experience on at least one platform
• Comfort reading basic numbers (spend, clicks, CPL) and making simple decisions from them
• Curiosity about affiliate marketing and a habit of figuring things out before asking
• Basic Excel or Google Sheets and decent written English
