The Assistant Manager, Learning & Development supports the effective delivery of learning and development programs through training management, content design and development, training logistics, and operational coordination.

This role independently manages assigned learning activities and workstreams, partners with U.S.-based stakeholders to understand requirements and priorities, and helps ensure learning programs are delivered accurately, consistently, and on schedule.

The Assistant Manager also plays an significant role in establishing and improving team processes, workflows, documentation, and handoffs. The role is expected to identify issues, recommend practical solutions, and help create efficient and scalable ways of working across training management, content development, and learning logistics. Success requires the ability to manage multiple priorities independently,



build strong stakeholder relationships, solve problems, and provide hands-on support across a variety of learning and development activities.

Responsibilities: Learning Operations & Training Management

• Independently manage assigned learning and development activities from intake through completion.
• Coordinate training schedules, participant communications, materials, facilitator needs, and other logistical requirements.
• Support training administration and program management activities to ensure consistent and timely delivery.
• Maintain program documentation, trackers, schedules, and related operational information.
• Monitor assigned deliverables, identify risks or delays, and escalate issues when appropriate.
• Provide hands-on support across learning operations and training logistics based on business needs.
