As a Consultant - AI Engineer, you will be a technical contributor, supporting the development and implementation of innovative Agentic AI solutions for HCA. You will work closely with other AI engineers, product managers, data scientists, and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality, scalable, and reliable Gen AI products. Your technical skills and learning agility will be essential in building assigned AI capabilities, following engineering best practices,



and supporting impactful AI solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Contribute to the technical design, development and implementation of AI-powered applications and services, with a specific focus on Agentic AI, aligned with strategic business priorities.
• Develop and test assigned AI agents, prompt flows, API services, tool integrations, and workflow automations.
• Work with senior consultants, technical product managers and other stakeholders to translate product requirements and user stories into technical specifications and actionable development tasks.
• Design, develop, and deploy AI agents to automate tasks, improve decision-making, and enhance user experience.
• Integrate AI agents into existing systems and workflows, ensuring seamless operation and optimal performance.
