Role Description The Business Development Manager at Grocliq AI is a full-time, hybrid role based in Faridabad, with flexibility for some work-from-home days. The person in this role will identify and qualify current business opportunities, build and manage a pipeline of prospects, and nurture relationships with key decision-makers. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting market research, developing outreach strategies, leading client presentations and product demos, and negotiating contracts in collaboration with internal stakeholders.



The Business Development Manager will work closely with marketing, product, and operations teams to refine value propositions, gather client feedback, and support the creation of tailored proposals. Ongoing tasks will also include tracking performance metrics, preparing revenue forecasts, and reporting on business development activities to leadership.

• Strong business development, sales, and account management skills, with experience managing end-to-end deal cycles.
