Role Description:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and creative Architect to join the Yugam Realty team. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing 2D and 3D drawings, developing layouts and GFC drawings, assisting with feasibility studies and area statements, and ensuring compliance with applicable development regulations and statutory norms. You will coordinate closely with structural, MEPF, landscape consultants, and site execution teams to ensure seamless design development and execution across residential, commercial, and redevelopment projects.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Architecture (B.Arch.)



from a recognised institution.
• 1-4 years of experience in residential, commercial, or redevelopment projects preferred.
• Freshers with a solid portfolio and relevant technical skills may also apply.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and rendering software such as Lumion.
• Good understanding of building planning, working drawings, and GFC drawings.
• Familiarity with local building bye-laws, UDCPR, and municipal planning regulations.
• Ability to assist with feasibility studies, area statements, and statutory compliance.
• Strong coordination and communication skills to work effectively with consultants and site teams.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of managing multiple tasks within timelines.
