This is a hands-on digital development and implementation role, not a digital marketing strategy or account management position.

You will be responsible for building, implementing, testing, and maintaining digital marketing assets across multiple platforms.

Working closely with our Digital Manager and creative team, you will turn approved briefs, designs, and content into functional emails, website pages, marketing automations, and scheduled social media posts.
The ideal candidate is technically confident, detail-oriented, resourceful, and comfortable managing multiple tasks independently.

Key Responsibilities
Email Development
• Build responsive email campaigns, newsletters, and automated email sequences using ActiveCampaign and other email marketing platforms.
• Convert approved designs into professional, mobile-friendly email layouts.
• Create and maintain reusable email templates.
• Configure personalization fields, links,



CTA buttons, and energetic content.
• Implement audience segmentation, tags, triggers, and basic automation workflows.
• Conduct thorough email testing across desktop, mobile, and major email clients.
• Schedule and deploy approved email campaigns.
• Troubleshoot email formatting, rendering, and technical issues.

Website Development & Maintenance
• Build, update, and maintain website pages using WordPress, Elementor, Wix, and other content management systems.
• Develop landing pages based on approved designs and campaign requirements.
• Implement responsive layouts across desktop, tablet, and mobile devices.
• Update website content, images, forms, navigation, and calls to action.
• Use HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript to customize layouts and functionality.
• Troubleshoot website errors, layout issues, and plugin conflicts.
• Implement basic on-page SEO requirements.
