Role Description The Assistant Professor of Education is a full-time, on-site role based in Ahmedabad. The role involves designing and delivering undergraduate and/or graduate-level courses in education, facilitating interactive classroom sessions, and mentoring students in their academic and professional growth. Daily responsibilities include planning lessons, evaluating student performance, supervising fieldwork or practicum activities, and providing regular academic advising.



The Assistant Professor will also engage in scholarly research, participate in curriculum development initiatives, and contribute to departmental meetings, committees, and quality assurance processes. Collaboration with colleagues to enhance teaching standards and support institutional projects is expected.
Qualifications

• Strong foundation in Education and Teaching, with the ability to apply pedagogical theories in classroom practice.
• Experience in Curriculum Development, including designing course outlines, learning outcomes, and assessment strategies.
• Demonstrated Research skills, such as conducting studies in education, publishing academic work, or presenting at conferences.
• Capabilities in Educational Leadership, including contributing to program development, student guidance, and institutional initiatives.
• Relevant postgraduate degree in Education or a closely related field (e.g., M.Ed., MA Education; Ph.D. preferred or
