Description: CLUIX is looking for a driven, influential Sales Head - B2G (Government Business) to lead our pan-India public sector revenue engine. This role will spearhead strategic engagements with central ministries, state water departments (Jal Nigam, PHED, Rural Water Supply), urban local bodies (Smart Cities, Municipal Corporations), and multilateral agencies. The Sales Head will manage large tenders, policy alignment, high-value procurement contracts, and government institutional alliances.

About The Role

• Formulate and execute the national B2G go-to-market strategy, driving revenue across central and state government programs (e.g., Jal Jeevan Mission, AMRUT, Swachh Bharat).
• Cultivate top-level relationships with principal secretaries, mission directors, chief engineers, and nodal procurement officers across states.
• Build, mentor, and manage a high-performance regional government sales and bid-management team.
• Identify, track, and lead high-ticket tenders, RFPs, EoIs,



and GeM (Government e-Marketplace) opportunities from qualification to closure.
• Collaborate with system integrators (SIs), EPC contractors, and public-private consortiums to embed CLUIX technologies in master project tenders.
• Guide technical proposal drafting, commercial compliance, empanelment, and rate contract negotiations.
• Track budget outlays, scheme allocations, and government policy movements to strategically position CLUIX products.
• Oversee timely execution, billing milestones, and payment collections for public sector contracts.

Skill(s) required

• Deep mastery of public procurement laws, GFR rules, tender workflows, GeM portal processes, and technical specifications.
• Established network and credible relationships within water resources, municipal governance, public health engineering, and smart city sectors.
