- 0–2 years of experience
- Solid communication & negotiation skills
- Confident with outreach and sales
- Target-driven & self-motivated
- Comfortable with rejection
- Proven ability or strong potential to close deals
? First 3 months: Commission-based
→ Performance-based compensation
→ Salary + incentives after 3 months based on performance
