About The Role
Kantata is building an intelligent, connected customer journey spanning implementation, adoption, optimization, renewal, and expansion. We are seeking a Staff Engineer, AI Transformation who bridges software engineering, agentic architecture, and post-sales business operations.
In this role, you will not just strategize or manage roadmaps—you will directly design, build, deploy, and maintain custom web applications, AI agents, custom skills, and Model Context Protocol (MCP) integrations across our post-sales ecosystem (Customer Success, CX Operations, Professional Services, and Renewals).
