Role Description
As Co-Founder – Academy Division (Internship), you will help shape the strategic vision and operational roadmap of HackHalt’s cyber education and training programs in a remote capacity. You will collaborate on designing academy curricula, learning pathways, and certification structures aligned with industry needs and the organization’s four-pillar strategy.



Daily responsibilities include conducting market and learner research, supporting partnerships for academic and corporate collaborations, and contributing to growth initiatives for the academy’s offerings. You will participate in strategic discussions, assist in outreach and marketing campaigns, and help streamline internal processes and documentation to ensure scalable and high-quality training delivery.

Qualifications
• Strong analytical skills to interpret data, assess program performance, and support strategic decision-making.
• Excellent communication abilities for clear writing, presentations, stakeholder coordination, and cooperative teamwork.
