Responsibilities:
• Serve as the go-to expert for complex customer queries and escalations.
• Develop and update knowledge base articles, FAQs, and internal documentation.
• Analyze support tickets to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Ensure SLAs (Service Level Agreements) and response time targets are met.




• Collaborate with technical teams to address product-related queries.
• Evaluate customer feedback on our tools and software usability to drive product enhancements.
• Implement customer education strategies for better use of the EasySLR platform.

Requirements:
• 0-1+ years of experience in customer facing roles within a SAAS company.
• Strong communication skills.
• Familiarity with software support tools and proven ability to handle technical customer inquiries.
• Proficient in customer support tools and leveraging data for service improvements.
• Ability to work cross-functionally with engineering, product, and customer success teams.
