Role Description This full-time, on-site Healthcare Specialist role is based in Shoolagiri and focuses on delivering high-quality, patient-centered care. The Healthcare Specialist will assess patient needs, provide basic medical support, and coordinate with medical professionals to ensure timely and appropriate treatment. Responsibilities include monitoring patient conditions, documenting clinical information accurately, and adhering to established healthcare protocols and safety standards. Qualifications
• Strong foundation in Medicine and Healthcare, with the ability to apply clinical knowledge to patient care.
• Relevant EMT skills or emergency medical training,



with capacity to respond to urgent health situations.
• Effective Communication skills for interacting with patients, families, and healthcare teams in a clear, respectful manner.
• Experience in Training or willingness to participate in ongoing professional development and skill enhancement.
• Diploma or degree in nursing, paramedical sciences, or other healthcare-related fields; appropriate certifications are an advantage.
• Ability to work in office in Shoolagiri, maintain patient confidentiality, and follow all regulatory and safety guidelines.
