Role Description The BIM Coordinator will be responsible for managing and coordinating Building Information Models across vertical transportation and façade access projects, ensuring that models are accurate, consistent, and aligned with project requirements. This full-time remote role involves collaborating with architects, engineers, MEP specialists, and project managers to integrate design information, maintain BIM standards, and support multidisciplinary coordination. Day-to-day tasks include setting up BIM workflows, reviewing models for clashes and compliance, managing model versions, and supporting the production of drawings and documentation. The BIM Coordinator will also assist in developing and maintaining BIM execution plans, providing guidance on best practices, and contributing to continuous improvement of digital delivery processes.
