Role Description The Lift Engineer role at Dunbar & Boardman is a full time remote position responsible for supporting the design, technical assessment,



and performance of lifting equipment across varied building projects. Day-to-day activities include reviewing lift designs and specifications, assessing traffic analysis outputs, and contributing to performance-based solutions for lifts, escalators, and moving walkways. The Lift Engineer will liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders to support tender evaluation, technical reviews, inspections, commissioning activities, and modernisation planning. The role involves preparing clear technical documentation, reports, and recommendations aligned with safety, regulatory requirements, and client objectives. The Lift Engineer is expected to collaborate effectively with colleagues and clients in different regions while maintaining high standards of professionalism and service.
