About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Account Manager to manage and grow existing client relationships while driving customer success, retention, and business growth. The ideal candidate should have strong client management, communication, technology, and technical understanding, along with the ability to identify client needs and create opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
The candidate will also be responsible for team management, stakeholder coordination, and ensuring smooth delivery by working closely with internal technical and business teams.

Key Responsibilities
• Manage and strengthen existing client relationships and act as a trusted point of contact.
• Understand client business objectives, challenges, and technology requirements.
• Anticipate and foresee client needs and proactively identify opportunities for additional solutions.
• Identify and drive upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts.
• Drive customer engagement, satisfaction, retention, and long-term account growth.




• Build strong relationships with key client stakeholders and decision-makers.
• Identify opportunities for client referrals and recent business through existing relationships.
• Work closely with technical, engineering, delivery, and other internal teams to ensure smooth execution.
• Understand project requirements and communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Monitor account health, project progress, client feedback, and open issues.
• Take ownership of client concerns and ensure timely follow-up and resolution.
• Manage and guide the assigned team, ensuring accountability, collaboration, and effective delivery.
• Conduct regular client check-ins and business reviews.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions, opportunities, commitments, and follow-ups.
• Contribute to account planning, revenue growth, and customer success strategies.
