Company Description Maiora Diamonds is Gujarat’s first lab-grown diamond jewellery brand, based in Surat since 2020. The brand specializes in real lab-grown diamond jewellery.

Role Description This is a full-time, in office Diamond Jewellery Sales Executive role based in Surat. The role involves welcoming customers, understanding their requirements, and presenting suitable lab-grown diamond jewellery
pieces.

The Sales Executive will explain product features, certifications, pricing, and exchange/upgrade policies, while guiding customers through purchase decisions and billing.

Responsibilities include maintaining showroom displays, updating stock information, handling customer inquiries via phone or in person, and supporting post-sale service. The role also requires building long-term relationships with clients, meeting sales targets, and collaborating with the team to ensure a professional, customer-centric store experience.

Qualifications





• Strong customer service, client relationship management, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Sales, upselling, and cross-selling skills, with the ability to meet and exceed defined targets.
• Jewellery product knowledge or willingness to learn about diamonds, lab-grown diamonds, and certification standards.
• Basic proficiency in POS or billing systems, inventory handling, and record-keeping.
• Comfort communicating in English and local/regional languages commonly used in Surat.
• Professional presentation, attention to detail, and a customer-first mindset.
• Prior experience in retail sales, jewellery, luxury goods, or related fields is an advantage.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and peak festive or wedding seasons, as required.
