v4b.ai is an AI-native content studio from Digi Osmosis, an 11-year-old content company that has worked with 250+ brands including Amazon, Flipkart, Cadbury, ICICI Bank and L'Oréal. We make brand films, performance creatives, explainers and AI avatars without shoots, using the best AI platforms plus in-house CGI, 3D, VFX and post-production. We also work directly with several top notch AI playforms directly like ByteDance's Seedance team and more.

The role
You will open doors at creative and digital agencies and at brands (BFSI, FMCG, D2C, Consumer Durable, Auto, Tech), fix the meetings, run them and close. Agencies get an AI production partner and extra capacity. Brands get faster, scalable content with product accuracy and brand consistency.

What you will do
• Build your own pipeline through calls, meetings, referrals and industry events, not just inbound leads
• Meet decision makers in person across Mumbai and Delhi, and travel when a deal needs it
• Pitch,



scope with our creative team, prepare proposals, negotiate and close
• Turn first meetings into small paid pilots, then repeat business
• Log every call, meeting and next step in the CRM the same day
• Report to the founder, with a daily check-in and a weekly pipeline review

You are right for this if
• You have 4 to 6 years in B2B sales or business development at an agency, production house, ad-tech or martech company, media sales, or BFSI marketing
• You already know people in agencies or in BFSI marketing, and can name 20 you would call in week one
• You are comfortable picking up the phone and asking for the meeting
• You can explain AI video and production in business terms, not tech jargon
• You have closed deals before and can tell us about one
