Role Description The Lead Generation Specialist role is a full-time, remote position responsible for identifying and qualifying prospective learners and institutional partners for Learners Track. Day-to-day activities include researching target markets, building and maintaining lead databases, and using digital channels to source new leads. The specialist will engage prospects through email,



social media, and calls to understand their needs, share relevant offerings, and nurture interest. The role involves collaborating with sales and marketing teams to align lead generation campaigns, track performance metrics, and optimize outreach strategies. The ideal candidate is proactive, data-driven, and comfortable working independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment.

• Strong skills in New Leads and Lead Generation, with experience in building and managing prospect pipelines.
