Role Description The Chief Manager – Partner Office Program will oversee end-to-end management of partner offices, ensuring smooth operations, adherence to company standards, and a consistent customer experience. In this full time,



on-site role located in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region, the position involves coordinating office administration activities, managing administrative support, and optimizing the use of office equipment and resources. The role includes collaborating with internal teams and external partners, monitoring performance metrics, and implementing process improvements to enhance service quality. The Chief Manager will also provide guidance to partner office staff, resolve escalated customer service issues, and support compliance with regulatory and internal policies. Regular reporting, documentation, and stakeholder communication are core aspects of the day-to-day responsibilities.
