? What we’re looking for
• 1+ year of hands-on paid advertising experience (2–3 years preferred)
• Strong Meta & Google Ads knowledge (helpful but not necessary)
• Experience managing real client accounts
• Someone analytical, proactive and highly detail-oriented
• Comfortable working independently without constant follow-ups
