Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated US IT Recruiter to support end-to-end recruitment for US-based IT positions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and databases.
• Screen candidates and conduct initial interviews.
• Understand IT requirements, skills, and job descriptions.
• Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates.
• Submit qualified candidates to clients and hiring managers.
• Maintain candidate records and recruitment trackers.
Requirements:
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic understanding of US IT recruitment.
• Willingness to work in US time zones/night shifts.
• Freshers with solid communication skills are welcome.
