We are looking for a responsible and proactive People & Operations Intern who wants hands-on experience in managing daily business operations, HR activities, team coordination, and social media.
What You Will Work On
HR & People
- Assist with hiring and interview coordination
- Help with intern onboarding
- Maintain attendance and team records
- Coordinate with team members
- Track performance and task completion
Daily Operations
- Manage daily task tracking
- Follow up with team members
- Coordinate between different teams
- Maintain Google Sheets and documents
- Prepare daily/weekly work reports
- Help improve internal processes and SOPs
Social Media
- Help manage Diginex Media's social media calendar
- Coordinate with content and design teams
- Schedule and publish posts
- Research content ideas and trends
- Track basic social media performance
Admin & Coordination
- Organize company documents
- Coordinate meetings
- Send internal updates
- Support founders with day-to-day coordination
What We Are Looking For
- Good communication skills
- Responsible and organized
- Comfortable using Google Sheets/Excel
- Basic knowledge of social media
- Willingness to learn HR and operations
- Good follow-up and coordination skills
- Proactive attitude
- Ability to manage multiple tasks
