Role Description The System Administrator L1 is a full time onsite role based in Zirakpur, responsible for monitoring, maintaining, and supporting client IT environments. Day-to-day tasks include handling Level 1 support tickets, resolving common system and network issues,



and escalating complex incidents to senior engineers as needed. The role involves performing routine system checks, applying basic updates and patches, and assisting with user account management and access control. The System Administrator L1 will provide technical support through remote tools, document resolutions, follow standard operating procedures, and contribute to continuous improvement of service quality. Collaboration with internal teams and clear communication with clients are essential to ensure timely and accurate issue resolution.

Qualifications
