Hiring Manager/Senior Manager – Business Growth and Marketing | Urban Company

We’re looking for a Manager – Business Growth and Marketing to solve high-impact consumer and business problems and directly drive growth.

You’ll work at the intersection of consumer insights, business strategy, and marketing, owning initiatives across offering, pricing, packaging, proposition, place, and promotions.

What you’ll do :

Identify and solve high-impact business and consumer problems
Build the right product/service offerings
Drive pricing and packaging decisions
Develop consumer propositions and growth initiatives
Work with cross-functional teams and agencies to execute growth strategies

What we’re looking for :

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
First-principles thinker with a builder mindset
High ownership and bias for action
Bachelor’s/MBA in Marketing or equivalent from top-tier institute
