The role involves coordinating with tower execution teams to ensureefficient installation, cycling, dismantling, and maintenance of formwork systems including Aluminium Formwork, Conventional Formwork, Safety Screen Climbing Systems, and Automatic Climbing Systems (ACS).The position will report to theManager - Formwork Execution and will support smooth formwork operations across the project.Key ResponsibilitiesFormwork ExecutionSuperviseinstallation, alignment, and dismantling of formwork systems at site.Ensure proper execution of formwork activities forcolumns, walls, beams, slabs,



and shear walls.Monitordaily formwork operations and coordinate with tower execution teams.Formwork Systems ManagementWork with different formwork systems including:Aluminium Formwork SystemsConventional Formwork SystemsSafety Screen Climbing SystemsAutomatic Climbing Systems (ACS)Ensure correct assembly and protected operation of climbing and protection systems.Cycle Time & Productivity MonitoringTrackformwork cycle time for slabs and vertical elements.Coordinate with tower teams to ensuretimely shifting and reuse of formwork materials.Identify productivity issues and support improvements in formwork operations.Technical CoordinationCoordinate withTower Incharges, Engineers, and Supervisors for proper sequencing of formwork activities.Provide technical guidance regardingformwork installation and structural requirements.Resolve technical issues related toformwork alignment, shuttering, and cycling.Safety & Quality ControlEnsure formwor
