Manager – Quick Commerce | Mumbai

Binge Consulting is hiring on behalf of a client in the food and FMCG space. This position is with the client company.

Location: Mumbai | Full-time
Compensation: ₹18–22 lakh fixed annually + performance-linked bonus

Build a quick-commerce business from the outset.

Our client is building a portfolio of consumer food brands, bringing together packaged foods, premium F&B; experiences, retail and gifting.

The business combines the ambition of a current brand portfolio with established manufacturing capabilities, an in-house R&D; kitchen and an existing distribution network across India. Its leadership brings experience in scaling FMCG businesses, manufacturing and hospitality.

We’re looking for a hands-on Quick Commerce Manager to turn that foundation into a growing, commercially sound channel across Blinkit, Zepto and Swiggy Instamart.

Working directly with the founder, you’ll own launches, platform relationships, sales, availability, advertising and channel profitability—and build the processes and team needed to scale.





What you’ll own

Platform relationships and launches

• Lead platform onboarding and commercial negotiations.
• Build launch plans covering assortment, geography, pricing, inventory and visibility.
• Own account relationships, business reviews and issue resolution.

Growth and profitability

• Build and deliver the channel sales plan within agreed budgets.
• Track contribution after platform charges, discounts, advertising, logistics and returns.
• Plan promotions and platform advertising, evaluate results and allocate spending effectively.
• Recommend product and geographic expansion based on demand and commercial performance.

Availability and everyday execution

• Coordinate forecasting, purchase orders, replenishment and dispatch with supply-chain teams.
• Monitor stockouts, fill rates, inventory ageing and expiry exposure, and drive corrective action.
