• Greet, engage and own complete journey of all the walk-ins
• Deliver a happy experience to all customers
• Manage the entire team including rosters of team and achieve outcome from all individuals
• Take ownership of all departments of hospital- walk-ins, diagnostics, pharmacy, OT, IPD
• Maintain and manage inventory & assets of hospital
