We are looking for a skilled, analytical and performance-driven Landing Page & Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) Developer to join our Performance Advertising Team.

This role goes beyond traditional website development. You will be responsible for creating high-converting post-click experiences, optimizing conversion funnels and improving the effectiveness of advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads and other paid-media platforms.

? Role ObjectiveTo develop, manage and continuously optimize performance-focused landing pages that improve advertising traffic conversion, lead quality, campaign measurement and customer acquisition efficiency.
The ideal candidate should understand how landing-page experiences influence key advertising metrics such as:
• Landing Page Conversion Rate (CVR)
• Cost Per Lead (CPL)
• Cost Per Qualified Lead (CPQL)
• Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC)
• Return on Ad Spend (ROAS)
• Lead-to-Customer Conversion Rate
• Post-Click User Engagement

You will work closely with our Performance Advertising, Creative and Analytics Teams to transform advertising traffic into measurable business opportunities.
