HM Aviation is looking for a confident, driven, and results-oriented Senior Academic Counselor to join our growing team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for counseling prospective students and parents interested in pilot training, understanding their career aspirations, recommending suitable aviation programs, and guiding them throughout the admission process.
? Key Responsibilities• Counsel prospective students and parents on pilot training and aviation career opportunities
• Handle incoming leads and conduct regular follow-ups through calls, WhatsApp, and other channels
• Understand students’ goals, requirements, and budgets to recommend suitable training programs
• Explain course structure, eligibility, fees, training processes, and career pathways clearly
• Build strong relationships with prospective students and parents through professional and consistent follow-ups




• Convert qualified leads into enrollments and achieve monthly admission targets
• Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and conversions
• Coordinate with academic and operations teams for smooth student onboarding
• Stay updated on HM Aviation programs, DGCA requirements, and relevant aviation industry developments
? What We’re Looking For• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong counseling, convincing, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities
• Confident and professional approach when dealing with students and parents
• Target-driven, self-motivated, and persistent in follow-ups
• Valuable command of English and Hindi
• Prior experience in sales, counseling, business development, client servicing, or similar customer-facing roles is preferred
• Candidates from diverse professional backgrounds with strong communication and sales skills are welcome
• Prior aviation experience is not mandatory
