Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Enterprise Sales Executive role based in Mumbai.



The Enterprise Sales Executive will identify, qualify, and close current enterprise opportunities for InLustro’s AI-powered job simulation platform, focusing on large organizations across sectors such as IT, BFSI, engineering, and business operations. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing and managing a robust sales pipeline, conducting discovery meetings, delivering product demos and presentations, and leading solution-focused conversations with senior stakeholders. The role involves managing the end-to-end sales cycle, including proposal development, pricing discussions, and contract negotiation, while collaborating with product, customer success, and marketing teams to ensure smooth onboarding and long-term account growth. The Enterprise Sales Executive is expected to maintain accurate sales forecasts, track key metrics, and represent InLustro at industry events and client
meetings.
