We are looking for a creative, strategic, and execution-driven Social Media Executive who can manage brand accounts end-to-end while also leading and coordinating a team.
This role is ideal for someone who understands social media strategy, content, trends, brand positioning, and execution and can ensure smooth delivery across multiple brands through strong coordination and leadership.

Key Responsibilities• Manage social media accounts for multiple brands
• Develop and execute social media and content strategies aligned with brand goals
• Create and manage monthly and weekly content calendars
• Define content pillars, themes, formats, and posting strategies
• Lead and coordinate a team of interns, editors, creators, and other team members
• Oversee the creation of Reels, carousels, posts, stories, and other social content
• Plan and coordinate content shoots and ensure all required content is captured
• Stay updated with Instagram, LinkedIn, Reels,



and emerging social media trends
• Identify relevant trends and convert them into brand-appropriate content
• Handle client communication, feedback, approvals, and coordination
• Monitor content quality and ensure timely delivery
• Track social media performance and use insights to improve content strategy
• Manage multiple brands, deadlines, and priorities simultaneously
• Take complete ownership of assigned brand accounts and their execution

Key Skills & Requirements• 2–3 years of experience in social media, preferably in a social media agency
• Strong knowledge of Instagram, Reels, LinkedIn, and other social media platforms
• Strong understanding of social media strategy and content strategy
• Excellent knowledge of content calendars, content pillars, content formats, and campaign planning
• Strong content ideation and creative thinking skills
