Role Description The Team Lead | Channel Partner role is a full-time, in office position based in Thane. This role is responsible for identifying, onboarding,



and managing channel partners such as brokers, agencies, and other referral partners to drive real estate sales and lead generation. The Team Lead will oversee daily partner engagement, track performance, conduct regular reviews, and ensure partners are equipped with up-to-date project information, pricing, and marketing collateral. They will coordinate with internal sales, marketing, and operations teams to align partner activities with business targets and maintain accurate reporting on pipeline, closures, and revenue. The role also involves mentoring team members, resolving partner and client issues promptly, and upholding the company’s standards of ethical and transparent advisory.
