Purpose of the Role

The Business Analyst will drive business transformation, digitisation, process re-engineering and product enhancements across the Retail Trade Forex (RTFX) and Retail Trade (RTR) ecosystem. The role will bridge Business, Operations, Compliance, Technology, Product and Vendor teams to deliver regulatory-compliant, customer-centric and scalable Trade Finance solutions, with ownership of the end-to-end requirement lifecycle from concept through production rollout.

Key Responsibilities

Business Analysis & Requirement Management

· Elicit, analyse and document business requirements, BRDs, FRDs, user stories and process flows.

· Conduct requirement workshops with Product, Trade Operations, Compliance, Risk and IT teams.

· Translate business needs into functional specifications,



business rules and acceptance criteria.

· Perform impact assessments for regulatory, business and operational changes.
