Description

We are seeking an experienced Azure Integration Services (AIS) Lead with a robust background in Azure Integration Strategy, Architecture, and Enterprise Integration Patterns. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in designing, developing, and implementing cloud-based integration solutions using Azure's iPaaS stack — including Logic Apps, Azure Functions, Service Bus, Event Grid, API Management, and Data Factory — to meet the strategic and operational integration needs of the organisation.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the design, implementation, and support of enterprise integrations using Azure Integration Services.
- Define integration architecture, standards, governance, and reusable integration patterns.
- Provide technical leadership across Logic Apps, API Management, Service Bus, Event Grid, and Azure Functions.
- Drive API-led, event-driven, synchronous, asynchronous, and file-based integration architectures.
- Lead troubleshooting of complex production issues and major incident management.
- Ensure integrations meet performance, availability, security, compliance, and operational excellence standards.
- Collaborate with business, application, infrastructure, security, and vendor teams to deliver integration solutions.
- Mentor and develop integration engineers while promoting engineering best practices.




- Drive continuous improvement, automation, observability, and platform optimization initiatives.

Qualifications

Experience & Skills

- 10+ years of experience in enterprise integration and middleware platforms.
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with Azure Integration Services.
- Strong expertise in:
- Azure Logic Apps
- API Management (APIM)
- Service Bus
- Event Grid
- Azure Functions
- Azure Storage & Integration Connectors

- Strong understanding of API design, microservices, messaging, event-driven architecture, and distributed systems.
- Experience with integration security including OAuth, OpenID Connect, Certificates, Managed Identities, and Key Vault.
- Experience supporting mission-critical, 24x7 production integration environments.
- Strong knowledge of DevOps, CI/CD, Infrastructure as Code (Terraform/Bicep), monitoring, and SRE practices.
- Experience leading technical teams and managing stakeholders across global organizations.

Preferred Qualifications

- Microsoft Certified: Azure Integration Services.
- Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert.
- Knowledge of AI-enabled integrations, Azure OpenAI, and modern cloud-native architectures.

Education

B.E./B.Tech/MCA or equivalent.
