As a Salesforce Revenue Cloud Senior Associate you will support client engagements focused on Salesforce consulting, helping clients improve operational efficiency through revenue cloud solutions, needs analysis, software implementation, training, and adoption support. As a Senior Associate you will analyze complex situations, manage assigned workstreams, build meaningful client connections, and develop your technical skills while learning how to guide and support junior team members within our business application consulting practice. In this role at PwC, you will contribute to Salesforce Revenue Cloud work by interpreting client needs, organizing deliverables, and helping teams translate business goals into practical application solutions.

Responsibilities

- Advising clients on Salesforce Revenue Cloud capabilities and aligning solution design to commercial and service processes
- Analyzing business requirements, identifying gaps, and translating findings into configuration and implementation activities




- Configuring Salesforce objects, workflows, and automation to support quote-to-cash and revenue lifecycle activities
- Supporting system integration efforts across enterprise applications and validating data flow between connected platforms
- Developing training materials and delivering user guidance to support adoption of new Salesforce functionality
- Interpreting feedback from clients and team members to refine solution design and resolve issues during delivery
- Applying analytical thinking to troubleshoot functional and technical issues across Salesforce implementations
- Reviewing assigned deliverables, mentoring junior team members, and contributing to consistent engagement execution

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 4 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required

What Sets You Apart

- Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Computer and Information Science,Management Information Systems
- At least one of the following: Salesforce Certified Administrator; additional Salesforce certifications such as Business Analyst, Advanced Administrator, Platform App Builder, or other role-relevant Salesforce Cloud certifications
- Demonstrating Salesforce Revenue Cloud implementation support within consulting environments
- Utilizing Salesforce Administration, Lightning, or Service Cloud knowledge
- Interpreting client needs into explicit requirements and data-informed recommendations
- Building client relationships while guiding junior team members
