Key Responsibilities•User research, concept generation, prototyping, validation of concept etc. by applying ‘Design Thinking’ process for ‘Industrial Design’.•User workspace design for defence systems/equipment•Design for human factors (ergonomics)•Packaging and layout of defence systems/equipment•Design for assembly, manufacturing and maintenance•Development of soft model and mock-ups for concept evaluation and refinement•Coordination with Engineering teams for concept optimization and detailing•User experience design (user interface design) & Collaboration with software teams for implementation of the User InterfaceKey Skills:•Creative Problem solving and conceptualization•Positive sketching and product visualization skills•Proficient in 3D modelling and realistic rendering software tools•Proficiency in image editing and graphic design software•Knowledge of materials and manufacturing processes
