Description

Key Responsibilities

- Process and validate capital market transactions within defined timelines.
- Support trade settlements for equity, debt, derivatives, and other market products.
- Perform daily reconciliations of trades, positions, and cash balances.
- Coordinate with brokers, custodians, depositories, and internal stakeholders for issue resolution.
- Monitor and resolve transaction exceptions and settlement breaks.
- Prepare MIS reports and operational dashboards.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and internal control requirements.
- Maintain process documentation and support audit requirements.

Eligibility

- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Finance, Management, Economics, or related fields.
- Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience can apply.
- Basic understanding of capital markets and financial products preferred.
- Knowledge of MS Excel and analytical skills will be an advantage.
