Tender Management & Bidding:

Monitor procurement portals, government e-Marketplaces (GeM), and private platforms for relevant tender notifications and RFPs (Requests for Proposal).

Analyze tender documents, eligibility criteria, scope of work, and commercial terms to evaluate feasibility.

Coordinate with technical, financial, and legal teams to gather required inputs and draft comprehensive, compliant technical and commercial bids.

Ensure timely submission of bids (both physical and digital) well before deadlines.

Compliance & Regulatory Oversight:

Monitor changes in local, national, and international trade laws, labor laws, and industry-specific regulations.

Conduct regular internal audits of business processes, contracts, and documentation to ensure statutory compliance.

Maintain an updated repository of licenses, certifications, permits, and regulatory filings required for bidding and business operations.

Contract Review & Risk Management:

Review draft contracts, Service Level Agreements (SLAs), and non-disclosure agreements (NDAs) alongside legal counsel to identify potential liabilities or risks.

Track contract obligations, milestones,



and renewal dates to ensure seamless execution and prevent breaches.

Documentation & Stakeholder Coordination:

Maintain meticulous records of all submitted tenders, correspondence, winning/losing bid analyses, and vendor contracts.

Act as the primary point of contact for external auditors, legal advisors, and government procurement agencies during inspections or clarifications.

Qualification – Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Law, Supply Chain, or a related field.

Experience – 2 to 5 years

Gender - Male / Female

Work Timings – 9:30 am to 6:30 pm

Working Days – Monday to Saturday

Work Location – Navi Mumbai, Mumbai
